Great feeder, good support

I ordered the Automatic Cat Feeder last month. The ordering process on the Dokoo website was straightforward, and it arrived three days later, which was earlier than the estimated delivery. Packaging was secure, no issues there. I had a small question about scheduling the feeding times, so I contacted customer support through their website chat. They responded within an hour and helped me fix it. The feeder itself feels robust, and the anti-clog mechanism has worked perfectly so far. My cat adapted to it quickly. The app is intuitive enough, though it took a moment to figure out the portion sizes. Overall, a solid product and experience.

Good feeder, fast shipping

Got the Automatic Cat Feeder. It works as described. Setup was quick and simple. Arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. My cat adjusted to it right away. No issues.

Loved the Bird Feeder Camera!

I just got the Bird Feeder Camera and it's absolutely amazing! The picture quality is so clear, and I've already seen so many cool birds. Setting it up was super easy too. I'm definitely going to buy more things from Dokoo and tell all my friends about it!

Good Dog Camera, fast shipping

Got the Dog Camera. It works well. Picture is clear. Shipping was quick. Happy with the purchase.

Bird feeder is pretty cool

I finally caved and bought the Smart Bird Feeder with AI. I always wanted one. It's actually really fun to see the different birds that visit. The app tells you what they are which is neat. Setup took a little longer than I thought it would, but once it was going, it was smooth sailing. My wife loves it too, she's always checking it. Makes watching birds way more interesting than just looking out the window.

Reliable Smart Bird Feeder

This isn't my first Dokoo purchase; I've bought a few pet cameras before. This time I got the Smart Bird Feeder with AI. Just like my previous orders, the shipping was fast and the product arrived well-packaged. What I always appreciate about Dokoo is the consistent quality. The AI bird identification works surprisingly well, even better than I expected. My old pet camera is still going strong after a year, and this new feeder seems to be built with the same reliability. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect, and they always deliver. Setup was a breeze, especially since I already had the app for my other devices.

Decent camera, app could improve

I bought the Dog Camera to keep an eye on my puppy. The camera itself is solid, 1080p resolution is clear enough, and the night vision works well. It connected to my WiFi without much fuss. However, the app can be a bit clunky sometimes. It logs me out pretty often, and it takes a moment to load the live feed. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could definitely use some updates for a smoother user experience. Overall, it does what I needed it to do for the price.

Easy setup for the 1080p camera

I grabbed the 1080p Pet Camera for my new puppy. I wasn't sure how techy it would be, but honestly, it was pretty simple to set up. Just plugged it in, downloaded the app, and it connected to my WiFi no problem. The video quality is decent, good enough to check in on him when I'm at work. The two-way audio is a nice touch too, I can tell him to stop chewing the couch sometimes, haha. It just felt easy to get going, which was a relief.

Great value on a pet feeder

I was looking for a good deal on an Automatic Dog Feeder and found the Dual Power Pet Feeder here. The price was really competitive, especially with the free shipping offer. I compared it to a few other brands, and this one offered the best features for the money. The dual power option is a big plus for reliability. Setup wasn't too bad, and my dog seems to like it. It feels like a solid purchase that will save me money in the long run on dog sitters and worrying about missed meals.

Reliable cameras for peace of mind

This is my third purchase from Dokoo, I got another 2K Pet Camera. I already have one for my dog and a Bird Feeder Camera. Their products are consistently reliable. The cameras connect easily to the app, and the video quality is always good. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver. It's nice not having to worry about new brands.
